We also work with large contractors as a subcontractor and can help ensure that your projects succeed. We appreciate that your reputation is at stake and you only want to work with the best – and that’s where we come in.
So how does it work?
STEP 1. Initial site visit and FREE consultation. We will talk through your requirements on the phone, and then arrange for one of our team to visit you to discuss your requirements more fully.
STEP 2. We will out together a proposal for you to review, including a schedule of works and a fully costed quote.
STEP 3. We turn your plans and dreams into reality!
We also have a property development division. RJD London Mayfair are property developers based in the South East of England. We buy land with a view to building high-quality, sustainable properties for sale. Contact us if this is of interest.

I was provided with a detailed, clear budget, and the time was taken to run through the proposal in detail. This was very different from the “indicative” costs other companies seemed to wish to work with.
